GROUP REUNION

A group Reunion is a group of four to six people get together to pray and to share their lives of Piety, Study and Action over the past week. The members of the group share the joys and struggles of living the Fourth Day.

By sharing your week with other Christian friends it helps you to remember your faith commitment, that Christ is Counting on You. You are reminded that Jesus touched your busy week or that you were distant from Him and maybe need to take more time to pray.

By sharing deeply your faith life, you help everyone in the group keep them on track. You also are supported and encouraged by the sharing of the other members. You become a living Christian Community and you develop a friendship and commitment to each other and the group that is a strong aid in living out your Fourth Day

Group Reunion is one more tool to help a person to keep strong in their faith.

Desire to live in your friendship and in your grace. Do not permit us to separate ourselves from you!

  • Opening Prayer:

All: Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in them the fire of your love..
Voice: Send forth your Spirit, and they shall be created.
Response: And you shall renew the face of the earth.
All: O God, who by the light of the Holy Spirit, did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant that by the same Holy Spirit we may be truly wise and ever enjoy His consolations.
Through Christ our Lord, Amen.
Our Father...Hail Mary...Glory Be...

  • Piety:

  1. With what spiritual aids have you nourished your vital union with Christ this week? What was the moment in which you felt closest to Christ?

  2. Study: What have you done to understand better the gift of God?

  3. Action: What apostolic success did Lord accomplish through you: in your family, in your work, in your environment?

  4. With what apostolic failure did the Lord wish to test you: in your family, in your work, in your environment?

  5. How did you fulfill last week's plan?

  6. What are you planning for next week?

  7. Activities of the group.

  8. An Our Father for those who have not fulfilled their commitments.(If one of the members of the group is missing, say an Our Father for him/her.)

  • Prayer of Thanksgiving:

We give You thanks, Almighty God, for all the benefits You have given us, You who lives and reigns forever and ever. Amen

Hail Mary:

Closing: If I grow cold, If I fail. Advise me. Admonish me. Show the friendship which unites us in the Lord.
